The subject of LEADERSHIP is a vast one - there are many different opinions about it - much has been written about it (Dr. John Maxwell is one of my favorite authors on this).
Personally, I tend to see LEADERSHIP along these lines...
Leadership - is our ability to "persuade others to do what they don’t want to do, in order to achieve what they want to achieve". Obviously, this is no easy feat, since people are very 'resistant' towards undertaking certain and specific tasks.
Yet, as leaders, our objective is to persuade them -- through a sense of inspiration, and honor -- to do something that is for their greater good -- and, for the greater good of ALL others concerned -- no matter how distasteful the actual task may seem, in the moment.
To me, leadership is all about influence and inspiration and example - and this can only come through a sense of honor, trust, and respect for the leader (which must always be earned).
Good leadership will only "speed up" your journey to the Virtual Wealth LIFESTYLE!
There are also many traits / principles / qualities / skills that [extra-ordinary] leaders must possess - which are way beyond the scope this Blog Post - but here are a few ...
TOP Leaders are Very Rare - they are - inspirational - focused - committed - steady in emergencies - passionate - visionary - honorable - assertive - confident - courageous - honest. They have respect - high integrity - non-compromosing standards - a sense of humor - ego in tact.
They are willing to admit their mistakes - strong (but not rude) - kind (but not weak) - bold (but not bullies) - thoughtful (not lazy) - humble (but not timid) - proud (but not arrogant) - on and on.
Leadership CHALLENGES - In building an Online Home Business however (and in LIFE), we often encounter CHALLENGES along the way - obstacles that will truly "test" our courage and resolve.
